We provide quality care, bring joy and comfort, and honour the dignity of residents and clients in a caring Christian environment. Established in 1986 by the late Reverend Lee Huai Kwang, All Saints Home is a Social Service Agency and an Institution of a Public Character (UEN: S87SS0068F) that provides intermediate to long-term care services to individuals from all walks of life. We are anchored in our mission to provide quality care, bring joy and comfort, and honour the dignity of residents and clients in a caring Christian environment. Since our humble beginning as a 30-bed nursing home in the ancillary hall of All Saints Memorial Chapel at Poh Huat Road, All Saints Home currently operates a total of four nursing homes and three senior care centres, the latter being known as the All Saints Silver Lifestyle Clubs. Located strategically around Singapore, they provide a safe and conducive environment for individuals to receive quality and dedicated care.

All Saints Home was honoured to host an esteemed delegation from Indonesia, comprising Ibu Veronica Tan, Deputy Minister for Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA), Ibu Christina Aryani, Deputy Minister of Migrant Workers Protection, and from the Indonesian Embassy Singapore, Bapak Thomas Ardian Siregar, Deputy Chief of Mission, and Ibu Rima Diniah, Labour Technical Officer.

During the visit, we had the opportunity to share about our work at All Saints Home and convey our deep appreciation for the contributions of Indonesians who serve with us as Health Attendants. The discussion also opened doors to explore potential areas of collaboration, and we look forward to strengthening cooperation in the future.

We are grateful for this meaningful exchange and to fostering closer ties that will benefit the communities we serve.

Aloha, All Saints Home! 🌴🌺

Last Friday, we turned up the island vibes for our “Party in Hawaii” Dinner & Dance, where colleagues let their hair down, and strengthened the bonds that make our organisation truly special. From laughter-filled conversations to impromptu dance moves, the night was all about fun, friendship, and forging camaraderie.

We also took a heartfelt moment to celebrate our long service awardees, recognising the dedication of our colleagues who have been with us for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years. Your commitment and passion are the heartbeat of All Saints Home. ❤

✨ Last Sunday, All Saints Home was blessed to be at Bethel Presbyterian Church 140 Anniversary (BPC) for their Social Concerns Sunday Service.

As one of our founding churches, BPC has been a steadfast partner in our mission of caring for the elderly and chronically ill. Their Social Concern Outreach Ministry continues to shine God’s love through service — such as through their All Saints Home Befrienders and Table Tennis Therapy volunteering ministries. 💞🏓

We give thanks for BPC’s generous and sharing heart, a reflection of God’s own generosity. Together, we are reminded that when we serve with love, we become instruments of His grace, bringing hope, dignity, and joy to our residents. 🙏🏻✨

🐾🌿 Back to the wild again! 🐒🦌

Our seniors from our Active Ageing Centre (AAC) @ Yishun Central headed to Rainforest Wild Asia earlier this week, following in the footsteps of our Yishun Fern Grove AAC seniors who visited earlier this year.

We started off with sunny skies, but midway through, the rain joined us. 🌧 Far from dampening spirits, it became part of the fun — our seniors cheerfully put on their raincoats (some said it had been ages since they last wore one!) and found joy in walking through the drizzle together.

From spotting playful otters and sambar deer to catching sight of a hornbill in flight, the outing was filled with curiosity, resilience, and laughter.

Whether at Yishun Fern Grove or Yishun Central, these adventures remind us that active ageing is about embracing every moment — rain or shine. 🧡

✨ Last Friday, we were honoured to host 24 doctors from the 𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐛𝐨 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 at our Tampines Centre.

Curious and passionate, they learnt about Singapore’s healthcare system and how palliative care is carried out at All Saints Home. Together with our team, they stepped into the multi-sensory room designed for dementia care and tried out our rehabilitative equipment that supports our residents daily. 🌿

It was a heartening exchange of ideas and experiences — a reminder that across borders, we all share the same goal of caring for our seniors with dignity and love. 🌏🤝

Yesterday, All Saints Home had the pleasure of hosting Dr Daiki Takahashi and students from the School of Rehabilitation Sciences, Seirei Christopher University (Japan)(聖隷クリストファー大学).

Our Head of Rehabilitative Services, Ms Sudha Chandran, together with Senior Occupational Therapist, Mr George Kumar, shared insights into the work of our rehabilitation team and brought the visitors on a tour of our Tampines centre. The students also had a hands-on experience with some of the equipment used by our therapists, offering them a glimpse into how we support residents in regaining mobility and independence. 💪💙

A big thank you as well to Singapore Institute of Technology for bridging both institutions together, making this meaningful exchange possible. 🌿🤝

🎶✨ When East meets West, hearts beat in harmony! ✨🎶

The TENG Company filled the air with familiar tunes like “月亮代表我的心” 🌕, “Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Old Oak Tree” 🌳🎗️ and Hokkien favourite “爱拼才会赢” that had residents singing along at All Saints Home (Yishun)!

A dozen volunteers from Julius Baer also brought cheer with an energetic BINGO game, hearty laughter, and goodie bags 🎁—and even joined in the music with our residents. 💛

👏 Thank you Nancy and team from TENG Ensemble for this heartwarming day, and a special shoutout to Executive Director Mr Yang Jiwei for joining us. Stay tuned—TENG Ensemble will also be our opening act at the All Saints Home Thanksgiving Dinner on 7 November 2025!

From rolling rhythms to bonding over bingo, today reminded us that music and kindness share the same language. 💖🌍

Physiotherapists help us stay mobile, well, and independent — and we couldn’t be more thankful for ours! 🙌

At All Saints Home, 𝟴𝟴% of our nursing home residents participate in rehab activities, with 𝟲𝟴% maintaining or showing improvement. Among our Silver Lifestyle Club clients, 𝟴𝟴% have also maintained or improved after joining rehab sessions. These encouraging outcomes — as highlighted in our 2024 Annual Report — are a testament to the meaningful difference that physical therapy brings to daily living. 🌿💪

A big shout-out to 𝗠𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗱𝗵𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻, our 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, and the 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 for their tireless commitment to supporting our residents’ and clients’ wellbeing — both physically and mentally! 💪🧠🌟💖

With every beat of the drum and every graceful step, they lit up All Saints Home with music, laughter, and lots of love. 🌸✨

✨ Our CEO,Mr Samuel Chee Koon Tan recently had the privilege to attend the Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management Program at Harvard Business School.

It was a week of rich learning, reflection, and exchange of ideas with non-profit leaders from around the world. 🌍 From rigorous case discussions to building meaningful connections, the experience was both insightful and inspiring.
