We provide quality care, bring joy and comfort, and honour the dignity of residents and clients in a caring Christian environment. Established in 1986 by the late Reverend Lee Huai Kwang, All Saints Home is a Social Service Agency and an Institution of a Public Character (UEN: S87SS0068F) that provides intermediate to long-term care services to individuals from all walks of life. We are anchored in our mission to provide quality care, bring joy and comfort, and honour the dignity of residents and clients in a caring Christian environment. Since our humble beginning as a 30-bed nursing home in the ancillary hall of All Saints Memorial Chapel at Poh Huat Road, All Saints Home currently operates a total of four nursing homes and three senior care centres, the latter being known as the All Saints Silver Lifestyle Clubs. Located strategically around Singapore, they provide a safe and conducive environment for individuals to receive quality and dedicated care.

Yesterday morning, our CEO, Mr Samuel Tan was part of a panel discussion at the seminar titled “Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management: Shaping a Super-Ageing World – Live Longer, Live Better”, alongside fellow sector experts Ms Karen Wee and Associate Professor Tan Boon Yeow from Lions Befrienders and St Luke's Hospital - SLH respectively.

As Singapore and the world navigate a rapidly ageing population, the seminar offered timely insights into the evolving needs of an ageing society through insightful presentations and the panel discussion — from promoting longevity and well-being to designing inclusive communities, workplaces and policies that enable people to age well.

We are proud to have All Saints Home represented on a platform that is close to our hearts and deeply connected to the work we do every day. Together, we can help shape a future where all members of society can thrive in a super-ageing world.

We are proud to celebrate the achievements of 66 of our colleagues who were recognised at last Friday’s Singapore Health Quality Service Awards (SHQSA) 2026 ceremony! 🌟

We gathered as one community for our Dedication Service last Saturday — a meaningful tradition of All Saints Home since 2022, where we set aside time to give thanks to God and to dedicate ourselves afresh for His service.

We were blessed by Reverend Roy Koh, Senior Minister of Glory Presbyterian Church, who shared on the theme “Old Things, New Heart” from Ezekiel 36:26. He reminded us that while many things around us may remain the same, God desires to renew our hearts. God does not promise a new situation, but a new heart — and it is this new heart that transforms how we do the same work, day after day.

Following the exhortation, our CEO, Mr Samuel Tan led our Board and Board Committee members and staff in a Dedication Pledge, affirming our shared commitment to the vision and mission of All Saints Home, and to serve with faith, love and purpose.

As we step into 2026, this moment is made even more special as we celebrate our 40th anniversary — a milestone that calls us to reflect with gratitude and move forward with renewed hearts, steadfast in our calling to care and serve. ✨

𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵, 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁! 🎉

Seniors from our Active Ageing Centre @ Yishun Fern Grove have successfully completed their 12-week Otago Exercise Programme recently — a structured programme designed to improve strength, balance and mobility, and to support safer, more confident movement in daily life.

Through regular, guided exercises, our seniors worked steadily on lower-limb strength and balance — key elements in reducing fall risk and maintaining independence as we age.

The sessions were conducted and facilitated by our in-house physiotherapist from All Saints Silver Lifestyle Club @ Yishun Fern Grove, Ms Jez Ranjini Ann.

Well done to our seniors for their commitment and perseverance over the past 12 weeks. Every step taken is a step towards ageing well. 🌟

One can truly feel the Christmas spirit across our centres as this season of joy came alive in many beautiful ways across our nursing homes, Senior Care Centres (SCCs) and Active Ageing Centres (AACs).

Our nursing homes were filled with warmth and creativity as each centre took part in a friendly Christmas decoration competition, thoughtfully centred on the theme of God’s love — each space a heartfelt expression of faith, hope and care.

Over at our SCCs and AACs, the air was alive with Christmas songs, laughter-filled games and cheerful performances that brought smiles to every face. And no Christmas celebration is complete without good food — from comforting festive treats to shared meals that warmed both hearts and tummies, this was one joy everyone could agree on! 🍽️❤️

As we celebrate together, we are reminded that Christmas is more than the festivities — it is about God’s love made known to us through Jesus, the true reason for the season.

It was a heartwarming Christmas celebration across generations as our residents from All Saints Home (Yishun) were delighted to be invited to PCF Sparkletots @ Chong Pang Blk 122 for a joyous Christmas celebration filled with laughter, music, and love. ✨🎄

The children put up delightful dance and song performances that truly warmed hearts, and they even prepared thoughtful Christmas gifts for our residents. Seeing the smiles and hearing the laughter shared between them made the session especially meaningful. 💝

Our residents were deeply touched by the children’s kindness and the lovely Christmas gifts they received, adding an extra sparkle to the festive spirit. It was a joyful time enjoyed by everyone — residents, children, and teachers alike.

We hope this celebration brought smiles and festive cheer to our residents, while giving the children a beautiful opportunity to share love, joy, and the true spirit of Christmas with the community. 🎅🎁
