Reflection matters — for leadership, and for your spine.
Most spinal problems don’t happen overnight.
They build quietly through daily habits we don’t stop to reflect on, for example,
how we sit, how we move, how we manage stress.
Pain is often the body’s feedback — not the problem itself.
When a fire alarm goes off, the problem is that there is a fire - it’s not the problem with the alarm.
You can choose to remove the battery in the alarm, or you can look for the fire and extinguish it.
Just like in leadership, if we never pause to reflect, we keep repeating the same patterns and wonder why nothing changes.
In spinal health, reflection looks like this:
• Am I moving well?
• Am I compensating instead of correcting?
• Am I listening to early signals before they become symptoms?
Progress doesn’t come from force.
It comes from awareness, alignment, and intentional action.
Your spine, like your growth, responds best when you pay attention.
