Some moves — especially with poor form or too much load — can strain your knees and do more harm than good.

Here’s what to watch for:
⚡ Deep Squats or Deep Lunges

Can place excessive pressure on the kneecap and surrounding structures if not done correctly.

⚡ Jumping Exercises (Plyometrics)
