Do you still remember those carefree moments when you were a little child?
Those times when you were happy without worrying about danger, too much sugar in your food, or whether there was enough to bring home?

Children are so precious.
In those early years, they are full of innocence — and to them, we are their whole world.
But before we know it, they’ve grown up, often too fast for us to truly hold on.

When they were little, we were tired.
We worked hard and took care of them physically — changing, feeding, chasing, comforting. It was exhausting.
There was never enough time, and the demands were endless.

Then, in the blink of an eye, they no longer want us to hold them… or care for them in the same way.
So love them, even when they don’t understand you.
Kiss them, even when they don’t know how much you care.
Treasure every moment you have with them —
So that those memories live not only in your heart…

What Prevents You From Being Happy?

Many people believe they need to become someone or achieve something significant before they can allow themselves to be happy. This often stems from a mindset of inadequacy — the belief that we are “not good enough” yet.

But why do we need to wait to be happy?

Happiness doesn’t have to be postponed. We can choose to be happy now, even while working toward our goals. In fact, we should be.

Every one of us is doing our best with the capabilities we have. Whether it’s our health, career, studies, or building something like a home — all of these take time. The journey can be long and challenging. So why delay happiness until some distant finish line?

On the road to our dreams, we face obstacles that test our patience, resilience, and emotional strength. Sometimes, the challenges feel overwhelming — leaving us numb, exhausted, and tempted to give up. But sitting in that energy doesn’t raise our vibration. It doesn’t help us align with the universe or move forward with clarity.

Happiness can be very simple. It doesn’t have to come from grand achievements or intense effort. It can be found in the little things: a moment of silence, a deep breath, a walk in nature, or simply pacing ourselves as we work.

Let’s not wait for happiness. Let’s allow it to exist alongside the journey — not just at the destination.
