Learning about the Duality of Standards and how it can lead us to the “Confinement of Standards ”

Ever heard of the phase “ it’s always been done this way ? “

This happens without us realising that landscapes, and evolving parameters shift and change with time and progress

A suggestion shared is to always appreciate these standards but at the same time explore ways to scale beyond what is taught

Take what is relevant , discard what cannot be applied and create what works for you

Did a wonderful microgreens workshop for these beautiful people from SCS , we explored multidimensional thinking by looking at how soil health plays a role in plant health and how plant health plays a role in human health

Using plants and craft to learn our about ourselves

Did a family workshop with the craft on Kokedama and the realisation for today is that our words , thoughts , actions and emotions shape our outcome of reality, and being self compassionate is our starting point towards a purposeful life.

We are the biggest asset of investment and time is our currency of choice
