Taking the step to prioritise my well-being has been one of the best decisions I've made. It's amazing how small, consistent changes can lead to such positive results.

I'm feeling more confident, and happy with the progress I've made. The journey had its challenges, but having the right support made all the difference.

I am making wiser food choices, staying active, and most importantly - feeling great in my own skin. It's not just about the physical changes, but about building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

That's just a myth, lah! 🤫 Getting heavier means you eat more calories than your body needs, never mind what time it is. The real problem? 😟 When you eat late at night, you might tend to munch on convenience food like chips, biscuits, or ice cream, and that can make you overeat so easily. Plus, if you eat a big meal late at night, your sleep and digestion will be affected! 😴 Setting a "no eating after a certain time" rule can be a good way to stop mindless snacking and help you stay healthy. 💪
