You will leave the class feeling peaceful, joyful and filled with love. The purpose of Vinyasa yoga is to purify the body by breathing and moving together while performing asanas. Asanas purify, strengthen and give flexibility to the body. Breathing with steady and even inhalations of exhalations purifies the nervous system and the sense organs. This requires many years of practice. After this is

accomplished, mind control comes automatically. Vinyasa yoga creates a foundation for this to occur. What does Moksa means? Mokṣa is a term in Hinduism and Hindu philosophy which refers to various forms of emancipation, liberation, and release. In its eschatological sens, it refers to freedom from saṃsāra, the cycle of death and rebirth. In its epistemological and psychological senses, moksha refers to freedom from ignorance: self-realization and self-knowledge.
