Huge congratulations to our dental nurse, Rochelle, for 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 (𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲) 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗶 𝗕𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻, right after back-to-back runs at the Mountain Goat Qualifying and Finale Challenge!

Endless hills, calf cramps, side stitches — it wasn’t easy, but Rochelle pushed through and finished strong. A great reminder that even in tough moments at every stage of your life, strength comes from moving forward, one step at a time 💪

Recently, Dr Ansgar Cheng flew 10,000 km, trained 2,500 km, and followed a “marathon diet” to tackle 42.195 km. 🏃‍♂️

At his third Berlin Marathon (2025), he finished with a Personal Record (PR) that is not his best, but far from a loss. The real win? Reuniting with friends from Omaha over dinner - good food, laughter, and priceless conversations. In 2026, Dr Cheng will return to Berlin for his fourth marathon. Would he be fourth-time lucky? ✨
