It is the centre of transformation, warmth and energy. This area correlates to our solar plexus chakra, colon, liver, as well as regulation of our endocrine and digestive systems.

When our Power Gateway is balanced, we feel confident, clear, decisive, productive and focused with excellent digestion. When this gateway is not balanced or blocked, we can feel:-

More people than ever before find themselves far too frequently in a state of chronic stress and anxiety. When we experience chronic stress or any trauma, the body’s way of surviving is to hold on tightly, creating patterns of tension throughout the whole body.

Our body are amazingly adaptive and can compensate and hold on to our chronic stress or trauma, while functioning sub-optimally for weeks, months, or even years!

What can we do?
1️⃣ Connect and listen to your body.
2️⃣ Learn to understand where your stress has been stored.
3️⃣ Begin by tuning into your breath.

Really? Try this out!
🌟Clench your gluteal muscles really tight, and then as you hold it, try taking a deep breath in.
🌟Exhale and release your gluteal muscle, then take another deep breath.
