Thank you to everyone who joined January’s Monthly Prenatal Group Practice: Crossing from Fear to Joy 🤍
We began by sitting with a blank whiteboard and simple but powerful questions:
“What do you really want to know?”
“What do you do when you don’t know what to do?”
Through body scan and deep relaxation, we gently trained our awareness — allowing calm and clarity to arise in the body and mind. From there, the session was co-created through honest questions and shared reflections.
Calmness cannot be taught.
It is practiced.
It is felt.

通过身体扫描和深度放松,我们慢慢培养觉知,让平静与安定回到身心之中。接着,课程随着参与者心中真实的问题自然展开,共同创造出一段真诚而有力量的对话。
平静无法被教导,
它只能被练习、被感受。
