Thank you to everyone who joined January’s Monthly Prenatal Group Practice: Crossing from Fear to Joy 🤍

We began by sitting with a blank whiteboard and simple but powerful questions:
“What do you really want to know?”
“What do you do when you don’t know what to do?”

Through body scan and deep relaxation, we gently trained our awareness — allowing calm and clarity to arise in the body and mind. From there, the session was co-created through honest questions and shared reflections.

Calmness cannot be taught.
It is practiced.
It is felt.

一月的产前团体练习:从恐惧走向喜悦 🤍

我们从一块空白的白板开始,问自己:
我真正想知道的是什么?
当我不知道该怎么做时,我能做什么?

通过身体扫描和深度放松,我们慢慢培养觉知,让平静与安定回到身心之中。接着,课程随着参与者心中真实的问题自然展开,共同创造出一段真诚而有力量的对话。

平静无法被教导,

Our classes are small, welcoming, and designed for real life.

Both movement and rest are allowed here.

You don’t need to be flexible or “ready.”

A quiet day for families to slow down together.

We breathe.

Children are welcome as they are.
So are parents.

This is not about being silent.
It is about being present.

This Quiet Day is a monthly offering,
and this gathering falls on the first Sunday of the year —
a simple way to begin again.
