It's just been CLINICALLY PROVEN, but I've known since 2006 when Allen Carr helped me escape the ni****ne prison. (I have to be cheeky and say though, actually it's waaaaaaay more effective than other methods)

Two Randomised Controlled Trials (RCT) show Allen Carr's Easyway is now a clinically proven, highly effective drug-free alternative to ni****ne patches, gum, and e-ci******es and the study should pave the way for the method being made available on the NHS.

On this day 5 years ago, I helped this man stop smoking. His health and breath returned to him and then he bloody went on to climb Mount Everest!!! Thank you for flying the Allen Carr flag at the peak!

So today marks five years since I attended the smoking cessation workshop with the incredible therapist Pam Oei...it goes without saying that this was one of the best decisions I ever made. At the time Pam said I would get a ‘rush of energy’ not long after becoming a non-smoker - she was not wrong...it kick started the Everest journey which for me has been very special (in case you hadn’t noticed). If you’re still smoking and need help stopping, I cannot recommend Pam and the Allen Carr workshop highly enough; it really will change your life - and clearly only in positive ways. It really is easy - you just need to want it enough.

5 years ago, this man who smoked 2 packs a day, walked into my Allen Carr session and 6 hours later, walked out a complete non-smoker. Then he started running marathons. Next month, HOMG he is going to climb Mount Everest!!!
