A space for all to move, breathe, and grow. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our classes nurture strength, balance, and peace.
Join our community and reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit. 🙏 See you on the mat! Yoga Connections came about through the kindness of many great teachers from India, namely, Swami Shantidharmananda Saraswati, a scholar - saint, Swami Akulananada Saraswati Yogananth. All these great teachers were students of Yogi Master Paramahansa Swami Satyananda Saraswati of Bihar school of Yoga. Yoga Connections was founded in 2004 with the philosophy that yoga should be made affordable and accessible to people from all walks of life. We have relocated over the years but our mission to provide affordable yoga to people from all walks of life remains unchanged. With this belief, we have managed to extend our reach of yoga to over 15,000 students over the years and we still have faith in reaching out to many more. Together we hope to spread our love of yoga and offer a lifestyle programme for all to participate regardless of race, age or religion. Come and join us to experience the difference!

From Camel pose ,Figure 4 stretch, Bridge pose and a little Handstand play today.
Opening the hips, lifting the heart, expanding the chest, and exploring balance — a beautiful reminder that strength and softness can exist together on the mat.
Every practice is progress, no matter how small. Keep showing up, keep exploring, keep growing. ✨

Sunday well spent at Pulau Ubin with my lovely yogis! 🌿✨
We walked, laughed, explored the forest trails and enjoyed the fresh air together. Such a simple trip but filled with good energy, good company and lots of happy moments. Can’t wait for the next adventure! ❤️

The beauty of yoga is how it brings everyone—no matter the age, strength, or experience—onto the same mat to move, breathe, and grow together. 🌿
Tonight’s practice reminded me that balance isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. Every lift, stretch, and breath connects us back to our bodies and to the moment.
Grateful for this space, this community, and the calm energy that fills the room. ✨

Compass Pose (Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana) — a beautiful reminder that flexibility isn’t just in the body, but also in the mind. 🌞 Every twist, every stretch teaches us patience and presence — learning to open up, breathe deeper, and find ease even in challenge. ✨

Breathe, open, and let go 💫 — the belt becomes our guide in Bow Pose and Standing Backbend, helping the body find space and alignment. With the pillar’s support, we learn that balance comes from trust, not force. Ending in Wheel Pose, the heart expands, the spirit lifts — a reminder that growth begins when we lean into the stretch, not away from it. 🌈

Simple stretching from yesterday’s class — taking time to open up the hips and relax the mind. 🧘♀️✨

For many people, learning yoga postures is about getting fit and in shape. While there are undeniable physical benefits to yoga, the true purpose of yoga goes far beyond losing weight, putting on muscle or becoming flexible.
Yoga postures, or asanas, have a much deeper impact on you
Yoga Connections came about through the kindness of many great teachers from India, namely, Swami Shantidharmananda Saraswati, a scholar - saint, Swami Akulananada Saraswati Yogananth and Yogacharya Vishwas Mandlik of Yoga Vidya Dham. All these great teachers were students of Yogi Master Paramahansa Swami Satyananda Saraswati of Bihar school of Yoga.
Yoga Connections started off 14 years ago, since 2006, with the philosophy that yoga should be made affordable and accessible to people from all walks of life. We have relocated over the years but our mission to provide affordable yoga to people from all walks of life remains unchanged.
With this belief, we have managed to extend our reach of yoga to over 10.000 people in Singapore over the years and we still have faith in reaching out to many more.
