Feeling overwhelmed? Try this simple breathing technique to calm your mind. 🌿

When stress starts to take over, your breath is one of the most powerful tools you can use to bring yourself back to balance.

Try this simple yet effective deep breathing exercise: 👇

1. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
2. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach.
3. Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4, letting your stomach rise.
4. Hold your breath for a count of 2.
5. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6.
6. Repeat for 3–5 minutes.
