There is an opportunity to rent hourly @ S$35/hour (off-peak fr 9am_2pm) or takeover the 18month lease @ S$4k/month (incl GST) of the cosy yoga studio near Bencoolen MRT.

And after about one & a half year when I started the discussion on the collaboration with this Non-Profit Organization to voluntarily conduct Yoga session for their staff and volunteers, we finally have our trial session on Tue evening, 1 week after the International Yoga Day.
