There is an opportunity to rent hourly @ S$35/hour (off-peak fr 9am_2pm) or takeover the 18month lease @ S$4k/month (incl GST) of the cosy yoga studio near Bencoolen MRT.

Studio owner is open to takeover the biz tht u can start operating immediately.

Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, ask us to enrich others in our community.

And after about one & a half year when I started the discussion on the collaboration with this Non-Profit Organization to voluntarily conduct Yoga session for their staff and volunteers, we finally have our trial session on Tue evening, 1 week after the International Yoga Day.

Received news that my high school classmate just pass on in his sleep.

He was a elite runner n very healthy guy. All of us are shock to hear this 😬

Life is fragile n unpredictable. The distance between life & death is just a breathe away. .

TODAY is not just 1 more day, TODAY is DAY 1 to begin whatever u want to do.
