There’s something quietly powerful about a group of strangers coming together… and leaving as something more.

Over these past weeks, this 200hr journey has been a meeting of like-minded souls—each arriving with their own stories, intentions, and questions. And somewhere along the way, through shared practice and presence, something shifted.

There was learning, yes—but also unlearning.
Moments of self-discovery that were not always easy, but deeply real. Sweat, tears, love, and so much laughter woven into the days we shared.

What moves me most is the way you’ve held each other—with openness, with courage, with heart.

This is what Yoga Seeds has always been about.
Not just teaching yoga, but creating a space where people can return to themselves… and find connection along the way.

I feel immense gratitude to have walked alongside all of you. Thank you for your trust, your presence, and your willingness to grow.

This may be a graduation, but in many ways, it’s just the beginning 🤍

You’ll see movements like this in class all the time.

They look simple. Familiar. Easy to repeat.

And they can relieve pain.

But only if you understand what they’re doing, and when to use them.

If you teach, you’ll know this is where things become unclear. A student has pain, or keeps feeling tight in the same place. You give them something to do. It works for a while, then it comes back.

Not because the movement is wrong, but because you’re not fully sure what it’s addressing.

That’s what we work on.

Not every day asks for the same thing.

Some mornings, you need to move.
To wake the body up.
To feel like yourself again.

Some evenings, you need the opposite.
Less input.
Less noise.
Somewhere to come down from the day.

And some days, you don’t know what you need
until you arrive.

That is what the practice becomes over time.

Not a class you attend.
But something you return to, differently, depending on the day.

Stronger when your energy is low.
Softer when the week has taken too much.
Steadier, in ways that begin to carry into everything else.

If you’ve been wanting something you can return to like this, April holds that possibility.

Limited Time — 1 Year Membership at S$1,988 (U.P. $2,400 to $2,760) until 30 April.

The toe squat—simple, but deeply effective.

In this shape, we apply steady pressure through the toes, soles, and ankles—areas where several meridian pathways begin or pass through. Over time, this gentle intensity can help support circulation and the flow of Qi through the body.

This is the kind of subtle, intentional work we explore in our Yin Yoga & Meridian Theory Training—understanding how each pose influences the body beyond the muscles.

If you’re ready to deepen your practice and teach with more clarity and purpose, we’d love to share more with you.

Training begins 23 May
Early bird ends 11 April

Build a routine that holds you.

Not something you have to keep restarting.
Something you can return to.
At the same hour, each week.

This April, there are two ways to begin.

You can give yourself that place to return to with our 1 Year Membership at S$1,988 (Unlimited classes for 365 days) until 30 April.

Or, when Shala Members attend class with a valid pass or membership, they may bring one first-time friend who is new to Yoga Seeds along at no extra charge.

A steadier rhythm through the week.
A practice you can stay with.
And perhaps someone to begin beside you.

April at the shala is here.

There comes a point when class is no longer enough.

You want to understand more.
Not only how to move, but why the practice changes you from the inside out.

That is what is unfolding in the shala right now.

Our March 200-hour cohort has begun with foundations and anatomy.
In the coming weeks, they move into philosophy, teaching, and the art of holding space with clarity and care.

If something in you has been asking to go deeper, come for Yoga & Tea with Wendy.

When the mind is everywhere, the practice asks you to be here.

The breath settles.
The mind follows.

Ashtanga is not a practice for drifting.
That is part of its gift.

With Wendy guiding the room, the sequence becomes a place to return your attention.
Breath by breath.
Gaze by gaze.
