Performance at work is not just about deadlines and long hours. It’s also about how well your energy and stress levels are managed day to day.

We recently spent time with the team at LVMH Beauty Brand Make Up For Ever APAC, sharing how stress and fatigue can show up in the body, and why supporting your energy makes such a difference during demanding work periods.

When your body is constantly running on empty, focus drops, patience shortens, and everything starts to feel harder than it should. Small, consistent ways of supporting your wellbeing can help you stay clearer, steadier, and more resilient through the work week.

We love supporting working professionals in managing stress, sustaining energy, and performing well without burning out 🤍✨

Celebrating Chinese New Year often means fuller meals, longer gatherings, and a little more snacking than usual.

This gentle debloating tea is a warm, grounding way to support digestion during the festive period. Made with simple, familiar herbs, it’s soothing, balanced, and easy on the body — especially when meals feel heavier.

A quiet ritual to help you feel lighter and more comfortable as you head into the celebrations 🫖

Save this for the festive days ahead.

Healthcare doesn’t start and end in the clinic.

Over the weekend, we spent time with the Seletar Serangoon community at a heart health session organised by the PAP Women’s Wing. We were also honoured to have Minister of State Jasmin Lau join the session. Together, we shared conversations around heart health, prevention, and everyday care. From exploring cardiovascular health through a TCM lens to hearing Western medical perspectives, it was meaningful to see Eastern and Western approaches come together in one space.

Visitors also had the chance to try Heart Rate Variability (HRV) checks to better understand stress levels, and Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) to support detox and reduce inflammation.

Moments like these remind us why community education matters. Informed choices and shared learning are part of long-term wellbeing.

Health goes beyond clinic walls ✨

3. Strain and enjoy warm for a calming, nourishing sip.

Don’t Just Massage the Pain. Treat the Root Cause.

Most people think Tuina is a full-body massage, but at Oriental Remedies Clinic, Precision Tuina is a treatment that adapts to your body in real time.

Here’s what makes it different 👇

✨ Real-time diagnosis
Your physician assesses your muscles and meridians throughout the session, identifying knots, tension lines, and tender spots.

✨ Constant adjustments
Technique, pressure and speed are adjusted as your body responds. No routine, no guesswork.

✨ Root-cause focused
Instead of massaging every area, we work only where it’s needed. Targeted treatment = better, lasting relief.

✨ Safer + more effective
Performed by licensed TCM physicians who understand anatomy and meridians.

If massages haven’t solved your pain, maybe it’s time to try a treatment that evolves with you.

Save this for your next flare-up — your body will thank you.
