Are you aware of your mental well-being?

A study by the Institute of Mental Health stated that about one in seven Singaporeans have experienced a mood or anxiety disorder at some point of their lives. Our Prime Minister Lawrence Wong had declared in February 2024 stated that “mental health and well-being is a key priority in our national agenda.”

Our well-being goes beyond the physical. Very often the physical symptoms of our illness is the expression of stress and unbalanced state in us.

The Five Element Acupuncture treats the root of one's illness so as to restore balance and well-being to our physical, mental and spiritual state.
We treat the person, not the symptoms.

Five Harmonies ACM has been operating since 2021 by Physician Ng Ai Hwa, a licensed TCM Physician in Singapore.
Ai Hwa specialises in treatment using the Five Element Acupuncture. She believes a healthy state of being is when one's body, mind and spirit is in a state of balance.
She is interested in finding the root cause of a person’s imbalance and to help them regain equilibrium and thus a state of well being.
