I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the incredible birthday wishes! Your messages mean a lot to me and made my day even more special. Reaching this age has brought with it some profound lessons, and I'd like to share a few insights I've gained, inspired by the wisdom of Zhuang Zi.

同则无好 (When things are uniform, there is no goodness): It's okay, and even important, to expect and accept that not everyone will agree with you. I’ve learned to be grateful for these differences as they teach valuable lessons.

化则无常 (When things evolve, there is impermanence): Evolution signifies change and growth. My father, who is 93, is nearing the end of his life, and this has taught me to accept the impermanence of life. Change, though often difficult, is a sign of life moving forward.

Choose Your Friends Wisely: Stay away from toxic people who drain your energy. It's better to have one or two close friends or to become your own best friend.

心不动 (Unmove your heart): By the age of 60, you’ve likely experienced some of the best life has to offer. If you still crave material things, it might reflect a lack of fulfillment in your youth. True contentment comes from within.
