Progress looks different on everyone, and everyones journey is unique and special and deserves to be celebrated.

Some people may be celebrating their first 5k run. For others, it may mean drinking more water or quitting junk food! And for some people, it may mean just managing to get out of bed in the morning, being pain free or managing a condition!

It’s important to recognise the steps we’ve taken, no matter how small. The progress we make often feels invisible — but it all adds up!

A Saturday Night Chilli Chicken Recipe.

Everyone loves a curry but let’s be honest, most (even homemade) are very rich (fats, sodium and sugars) and can break a weeks worth of work!

Here’s a quick and healthier version (adapted from my family) for you to try!
Lean protein, extra veggies, fresh herbs, olive oil and aromatic spices.

You can buy Archari masala in most Asian stores but if you want my homemade version let me know and I’ll do a video 🤗
