Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring smooth service flow.
Communicating with the kitchen team to coordinate meal service and ensure timely delivery.
Providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Managing reservations and table assignments for optimal guest satisfaction.
Assisting in inventory management and upholding hygiene standards.

Job Requirements:
44 hour/5 days work week
Split shifts (12pm - 3pm, 6pm-11pm)
Prior experience as a service crew member in an F&B establishment would be highly advantageous
Possesses a positive disposition and work well in a team

Manage a team of therapists and staff, providing guidance, assigning responsibilities, and optimizing performance and development.

Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
Respond to customer complaints promptly, taking necessary actions to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
