A Day of Wellness: PULSE TCM at Hillview CC! 🌿

We are proud to be part of the Bukit Gombak Hillview Connections Health and Wellness Day at Hillview CC on June 28, 2025! It was an incredible opportunity to bring our East-meets-West Integrated Health Screening to the community.

Residents received complimentary TCM consultations and blood tests, gaining personalised insights into their gut, heart, sleep health, and more. We believe in understanding your health uniquely!

We also hosted a TCM Health Talk/Seminar on "Improving Overall Wellness - Common TCM herbs and how to use them in your daily lives."

Attendees learned about nutrient absorption from a TCM perspective and common herbs to:
- Improve Digestion
- Soothe Liver Energy
- Increase Energy & Combat Fatigue

A big thank you to Senior Minister of State Low Yen Ling for hosting and supporting this vital community initiative! It was truly inspiring. After the seminar, everyone got to experience various herbal ingredients firsthand at our booth.
