头发都是需要充分的气血供应,才能达到促进头发生长,增加头发健康的功效。如果皮肤出现了炎症,毛囊感染,气血不足,就会容易导致发根脱落,容易断链,无法在此生长。因此脱发,在平时可以通过饮食的方法解决。

1. 需要摄取大量的角蛋白。富铁蛋白健康食物促进皮肤,指甲和头发健康。角蛋白食物来源:小牛肉,鸡肉,鸡蛋,鱼虾。
2. 多吃鲑鱼,三文鱼及番薯,这些食物含有泛酸具有抗压型及大量的维生素B群,这对帮助头发成长有很大的帮助,同时多吃会让头发有光泽,不易脱落。
3. 可多吃GREEK YOGURT,帮助头发生长。
4. 菠菜及番石榴蕴含大量维生素C,不容易断裂。
5. 可摄取钙片及铁,以防止掉发。
6. 多摄取含泛酸的食物:麥麩、糙米、啤酒酵母、苜蓿芽、葵瓜子、南瓜子、芝麻、杏仁、花生、小麥草、黃豆、燕麥、小麥、花椰菜、香菇。
7. 含有維生素E的食物:小麥胚芽、糖蜜、蛋、冷壓植物油、甘藷、馬鈴薯、豌
豆、黃豆、甘藍菜、菠菜。、
8. 含生物素的食物:巧克力、花生、蛋、香菇、毛豆、花椰菜、糙米、豌豆、糖
蜜、玉米、香蕉、小麥、草莓、洋葱、番茄、菠菜、啤酒酵母、全穀類、豆莢類、
核果、奶品。

🎈【糖尿病食疗饮食宜忌】

“很多人误以为糖尿病仅是单纯“吃”出来的,其实并非如此,糖尿病是一种慢性病,当胰腺产生不了足够的胰岛素或者人体无法有效地利用所产生的胰岛素时,就会出现糖尿病。”


♥ 不利於血糖控制和有损健康的食品都尽量不要碰,如白糖、糕点、冰淇淋、雪糕、蜂蜜等等

♥ 对糖尿病有疗效的食物包括洋葱、大蒜、肉桂、高纤维食品、扁豆、胡芦巴籽、鱼、大麦、高铬食品如西兰花等。

♥ 多摄取对调节血糖有益的食物如含高抗氧的食物,如维生素C和E,其可以控制自由基攻击beta细胞,降低炎症、炎症恶化和其他伤害,这些抗氧化剂也可以抵消二氧化硅的氧化。

♥ 建议患者应摄取高纤食物当成日常的主食,减少摄取精致食物。高纤食物里的玉米、燕麦和荞麦都是很好的粮食。

♥ 糖尿病者应该多摄取高纤维素,能改善耐糖量、降低胆固醇、促进肠胃蠕动,同时可防止便秘,对康复有很大的帮助。

♥ 含有饱和脂肪较多的食物,如猪油、牛油等动物脂肪要少吃,因这些都会造成高血脂,容易产生多种并发症。

♥ 每天要摄取50-60% 碳水化合物,少于30%的脂肪,同时必须有10% 是饱和脂肪,一天 纤维素摄取为30-40克。
