Did you know that not all adult scoliosis are the same? There are two main types: Idiopathic scoliosis & Degenerative scoliosis. 🦴

Interestingly, pain does not always match the curve. 💥

🔍 Red Flags to Watch For:
• Persistent pain lasting more than a few days
• Swelling that doesn’t go down
• Limping or change in movement during/after activity
• Intense pain at night or at rest

🤸‍♀️ When to Get It Checked
