Hello dearest friends.
I have been doing massage for 30 years .
The most common complain is
1. shoulder stiff
2..frozen shoulder
migraine

lets me shared some tips that can help to relief this burden.

For frozen shoulder , we always mistaken for dislocated. The caused of frozen shoulder is nothing to do with the shoulder but your neck.
Most of us abused our necks without realizing it..
The pillow we used to sleep everynite. the angle we placed our necks is important... because the nerve at ci c2 c3 will be effected and caused major pains.
If you have this problems try sleep without pillow.. totally flat and face up,
Do this for at least 3 days ..you will feel the different.Massage and cupping also add to fast relieve.

Very2 busy week...Have to.see more than 5 clients aday.

Alhamdullilah may i stay healthy and physical fit. Sometimes 1 client i needs to spend more than 2 hours massaging.Alots of water retention..womb problems and etc..but alhamdullilah shes better now..

Asslamualaikum...alhamdullilah.very busy this week.
Yesterday did 6 massages...wow very tired but happy.
Two urgent cases....1 serious slip dics..and swelling of the wombs..alhamdullilah they better,happy for them. Today 4 more serious cases..insya allah may Allah bless me with strength so i can help them. better insya allah.

HI good morning..
Will try updates the progress and share the experiences so awe can learn and understand better.
This week, did two induction massage..Alhamdullilah after the massage, about 3 hours later mummy went into labour.,alhamdullilah within 3 hours baby safely delivered..yes ...natural delivery.

Ok..you may ask!!! What is induction massage.
1) it is common pratice traditional for the malay/javanese lady to do massage at 7th month pregnancy..it is to make sure baby is in better position and to prevent breech position.
2) pregnancy overdue and no progress...dilated slow...the induction massage will help to increase the procedure..helps mummy and baby relax ..

Alhamdulilah...my daughter just deliver her first child yesterday...at 3am..CALL ME IN THE AFTERNOON slight contraction at every 8 minutes..did reposition of the baby and induction massage...brought her to hospital at 7pm...after check up doc said dilated only 1cm..she was advised to go home...too early .we decided she stay overnite for obsevation.,but the contraction is progressing now every 5 mins. In the wards .about 1am i did another gentle induction massage.. about 3 hours later the baby came..alhamdullilah....
