I feel better, look better as one of the result I lose 8.5kg

The most important thing is the reset I have done for my food and exercise habit.

Unto to the next goal, hitting 85 kg and able to do 100 burpees in one round.

Done with my Clean 9 journey
9 days to cleanse and detox, flushing out unwanted toxins inside out, as a result you will feel more energetic and active.

Develop the habit to exercise, eat healthy as well.

Also as a result as well, weight down to 98kgs from 103kgs.

Long way to go, but a good way to start reaching my goal weight! 70kg
