Let Your Eating HABITS be Thy Medicine.

If you truly want to combat chronic diseases caused by, directly or indirectly, your Eating Habits, then you would need to tackle and improve the WHOLE of your diet - that is your Eating Habits ζ²»ζ ‡ζ²»ζœ¬.

One cannot expect 'superfoods' or 'super supplements' to take away the need to address the clearly unhealthy aspects of your dietary habits.

Don't let 'superfoods' or 'super supplements' take away your sense of urgency, your sense of need to change and improve your dietary habits.

I am dismayed whenever people tell me,
πŸ‘‰ "Doctor, I have no time to eat healthy, so I make it it up by taking supplements."
πŸ‘‰ "Doctor, I am adding this 'superfood' into my diet" and yet I see that their diet is clearly unhealthy and needed overhauling, the occasional 'sprinkling' of 'superfoods' in their diet would make little difference.

You cannot expect to use a kitchen mop, however expensive or high tech it might be, to solve your problem of a flooded kitchen floor - you have to look for and repair the leaking water pipe that was causing the problem in the first place!.

Likewise, you can NEVER expect any 'superfoods' or 'super supplements', however expensive or 'powerful' the marketers of them claim that they are, to replace the need to identify, change and improve whatever aspects of your dietary habits that are causing your health problems.

You can learn to Love Foods that will Love You Back.
You definitely can. It is a matter of WHEN, not a matter of WHETHER.
