Back again in March this year, Bhanu is leading his well-loved training as a CET this time around.
Using the precision and alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga, this training guides students through a thoughtful progression of postures designed to awaken dormant muscles, mobilize stiff areas, and cultivate intelligent strength.
Leave with a clearer understanding of how to keep the hips supple without strain and how to develop shoulders that are both open and strong—offering long-lasting support for daily movement, athletic activity, and a mindful yoga practice.
You can also choose to complete 15hours or 30 hours as part of the Continued Education & Training (CET) Program of Yoga Alliance.
