Rounded shoulders: Habitually crossing arms can encourage a forward rounding of the shoulders, leading to poor posture over time.

Imbalanced muscle development: Continuously holding arms in a crossed position can cause muscle imbalances between the chest and back, exacerbating postural issues.

Increased risk of neck strain: Poor posture from crossed arms can place additional strain on the neck muscles, leading to stiffness and potential pain.

Impaired breathing: Rounded shoulders from crossed arms can compress the chest cavity, restricting lung capacity and affecting breathing patterns.

🚫💼 Sitting on a wallet? You might want to think twice! Here are some reasons why:

Postural Issues: Sitting on a wallet can create an imbalance in the pelvis, leading to poor posture over time.

Back Pain: The uneven pressure on one side of the pelvis can cause discomfort and chronic back pain.

Nerve Compression: Prolonged pressure on the sciatic nerve from sitting on a wallet can lead to numbness, tingling, or even sciatica.

Muscle Strain: It can cause strain in the muscles of the lower back and buttocks due to prolonged compression.

Alignment Issues: Over time, sitting on a wallet can contribute to misalignment of the spine and hips, leading to more serious musculoskeletal problems.
