Is it possible to develop an allergy to exercise? This lady got diagnosed with it
www.straitstimes.com/singapore/health/she-is-allergic-to-exercise-and-carries-two-epipens-as-precaution-when-she-travels
But why? How? ๐ค
Here are my thoughts about it
While yes, there is a physical factor when it comes to allergies, I believe there is also a mental or psychological factor
You can refute my thoughts based on allergies of prawn, dust, etc, but what about exercise? Even doctors have no idea what is the cause, and said its supposedly very rare
So if we go with the possibility of psychological factors, this opens up doors
Personally, I feel that her mind might be feeling she is exercising too much. Considering that she was on her weekly Tuesday 10km run when she experienced her first symptoms. And yes, I could be wrong too, because we have no idea whether she has other rigorous exercise routines, or that is the only weekly exercise she does. If so, then maybe just too much running?
Anyway, if the mind perceives the running as too much, too painful, or a negative experience, it may be possible for the mind to induce symptoms to avoid running, such as an allergic reaction. And this is also how I believe how certain physical allergies can be created.
One of my clients had an egg allergy, but she came to see me regarding financial issues. Interestingly enough, during her hypnosis, money appeared as a symbol of an egg in her mind. So we cooked the egg, peeled off the shell, and she ate it with a cup of instant noodles to solve her financial issues. Guess what? She cured her egg allergy in that single session too
She tested by eating 2 hard boiled eggs that every day for lunch, and subsequently for that next 2 weeks, yet still cannot believe she has cured her egg allergy. Although to be honest, that is very gungho of her to test so fast, and 2 eggs too! I wouldn't normally recommended that
Considering that Ms Selina Ang might have allergic reactions while travelling or during her usual exercise routine, it will be a good idea for her to resolve this allergy, so that she can enjoy her travels and running with a peace of mind
I will like to invite not just her, but anyone who wants to resolve their allergy so they can have a safer and happier life. Just, don't test so much so fast like my previous client haha. I prefer to test within reason, not just blind faith ๐คฃ
