More information is provided in the Participant Information Sheet URL below. ECSM aims to impart participants with the skills to cultivate good sleep in a sustainable manner. Research on ECSM has been approved by the university's Human Research Ethics Committee in Singapore and Townsville (QLD, Australia). The ECSM study is run by Clinical Psychologist Benjamin Low under the supervision of another two practicing psychologists, who also serve as professorial-level faculty. Benjamin's Bio:

Hello there! This research project aims to evaluate a new sleep management approach. It is based on the basic and clinical science of sleep management.

The project is run by Mr. Benjamin Low, an experienced Clinical Psychologist, as part of his PhD. It is supervised by another two practicing psychologists who hold professorial faculty positions.

The study is open to:
- Working adults and enrolled university students (both public or private; at any level of study)
- Residing physically in Singapore
