Do you sit like this?

❌ Crossed legs
❌ Sitting on one leg (guilty!)

It feels comfy, but it tilts your pelvis, compresses your glutes, and shuts down your core — leaving your lower back and hips to suffer.

Instead, try this:
✅ Feet flat on the floor
✅ Sit bones grounded
✅ Glutes relaxed

Physio tip: Move every 30 minutes. Your body needs movement, not stillness.
