Gravity is constantly compressing your body downward into slouched posture. To reverse forward posture, go “anti-gravity” with a Posture Break. For every hour that you are leaning forward looking at your device, take a 30 second Posture Break by bringing your arms out to your sides with palms facing out, pushing your chest forward, and dropping your head back. While holding and stretching, take slow deep breaths.
