Grateful to have received an honorary PhD in Holistic Healing from the Yoga University of the Americas - YUVA. What a memorable ceremony it was. Hoping to do more good work with this lifetime award. Thank you to all those who made it possible - my Mother, my mentors, Kana Gopal, Marilyn Ardipradja, Pat Chiota and all those friends who have always been there for me, guiding me, inspiring me and cheering me. I am what I am because of you. And that reminds me of Ubuntu.

What an honour to listen to the ex - President of Singapore - Madam Halimah Yacob and her thoughts on how our world could be more caring, considerate and compassionate. She is an ocean of empathy and is also the Vice-Chancellor of SUSS besides her many different roles.

Also grateful to be part of the art project which encouraged participants to write messages of courage, hope and resilience on a canvas.

Even more grateful to be part of one of the listening circles and share my story and experiences.

Thank you, LCCS for the great work you do for the community.
