Belated Hari Raya Greetings! Peace to all. Blessed to have created these cards for the Star Shelter! Bless them for the good work they do for women who go through domestic violence.

At our anniversary event, on Friday, the 9th of May, we played a game. All these books were placed in a bag. The participants were asked to close their eyes and pick a book and randomly read a thought. It was quite fun, meaningful, positive and peaceful.

On the 9th. .sanctuary completed 9 years. Interfaith is an important part of our mission besides nurturing mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Siew Ling spoke of her first Christian book for kids. We had a beautiful lunch group comprising 4Omnists, a Greek Christian, 2 Christians, a Spanish Roman Catholic and 2-3 Hindus. It was beautiful how we came together for 3 hours to eat lunch and meditate on inner and outer peace. We discussed how neuroplasticity works, how Metta or loving kindness meditation can bring about peace.
