Anxiety isn’t always loud. And it doesn’t always look like panic.
⏩ Anxiety is ongoing.
It lingers in the background, subtle but exhausting. It can show up as constant worry, overthinking, and tension that never quite goes away.
⏩ Panic attacks are sudden and overwhelming.
They bring intense fear, physical symptoms like racing heart or dizziness, and often feel like they come out of nowhere.
People with high functioning anxiety rarely connect their symptoms to chronic anxiety because they’re still “doing well.”
🚩 But that doesn’t mean they’re OK.
You don’t need to have panic attacks to be struggling. You don’t need to wait for things to fall apart before seeking support.

What if the next chapter of personal growth is rooted not in doing more, but in LIVING BETTER?
As a psychologist, I’ve always believed that psychology should be PRACTICAL – not just about understanding why we are the way we are, but about helping people make meaningful, real-world changes (without being stuck in self-improvement trap).
That belief has shaped the last 12 years of my work in Singapore. In that time, I’ve helped people deal with attention struggles, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and performance blocks. I’ve supported resilience-building and wellbeing at both the personal and organisational level.
But more and more, I felt one question becoming louder:
What’s the next step beyond surviving and managing?
What if we could go beyond “good enough” and start designing a life where health – not stress – is the operating system?
That’s the path I’m choosing now. I’m thrilled to share that I’ve started collaborating with as a Longevity Psychologist & Coach.
In this role, I support individuals in building long-term vitality – physically, mentally, and emotionally – by blending psychology, coaching, sport science, and behavioural change.
It’s not therapy. It’s not traditional coaching. It’s psychology in action – at the intersection of evidence, empathy, and conscious lifestyle design.

For years I was in an endless cycle of starting and stopping... never moving forward, until I realized that all my efforts wouldn’t work unless I proactively created a time and place to reconnect and dive into my true self.
Once I did that I was able to look in the mirror and smile at the confident and authentic lady I saw there. Achieving what I wanted and needed has never been as joyful and simple as it is now.
