As a new school year begins at CPAS School East and CPAS School West, we look forward to another year of learning, growth and meaningful experiences for our students.

From co-curricular activities to daily routines, every experience is part of helping our students grow in confidence and independence, supported by dedicated teachers and therapists.

Hi, we are Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS)! Established in 1957, CPAS is a social service agency that provides persons with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities with early intervention, special education, rehabilitation services, day activity centre programmes as well as vocational training and gainful employment in Singapore.

Through active advocacy and the support of equal opportunities for all persons with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities, CPAS hopes to empower these individuals by helping them realise their full potential and lead fulfilled, dignified lives.

This Christmas season, we are deeply grateful to Takashimaya Department Store for including us in their Fulfil A Wish initiative and for delivering festive cheer to children from our Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC) and other beneficiaries. A big thank you also, to every Takashimaya shopper who participated in this initiative. 💖

EIPIC provides tailored early intervention for children with diverse developmental, learning and physical needs, nurturing each child’s growth and supporting their transition into Special Education or mainstream schools.

Last Friday, we held our Day Activity Centre (DAC) Appreciation, bringing together our clients, caregivers, families and staff for a meaningful celebration. The appreciation event was marked by good food, performances, moments of laughter and joy. What a great end to the year!

Established in February 2006, our DAC provides day care for adults with cerebral palsy or multiple disabilities aged 18 to 55 who require higher levels of support. Through a balanced and structured curriculum encompassing daily living skills, social skills training, therapy, rehabilitation care and recreational activities, it aims to nurture independence and holistic development.

What a journey it has been! It has been inspiring, following our 11 celebrities as they persevered to finish their ride across 5,000km from Kunming to Singapore.
