Our bodies are designed to respond better to rhythm.

Unfortunately, most treatment options for the health challenges that many of us face are centered around treating a symptom. Very rarely do they address the root cause often leading to the symptom returning and in some cases being worse than it was before. It also leads people to believe that the problem was corrected when actually the symptom was just covered up while the root cause (the actual problem) remained uncorrected and in most cases got worse.
