Time to get back on the mat?
Don't worry... "It's not about touching your toes." It never is.
One of the most common things people say when they join a yoga class is, "I'm not that flexible" or "I'm very tight".
Here's the secret: That's why you felt that you needed yoga or some form of movement that is going to improve the inflexibility and stiffness.
And second secret: No one really cares when you are on the mat as they are too busy taking care of themselves. Only the teacher will be attending to you, especially if they feel you need help, but otherwise, they will leave you alone in your 'me-time' mode most of the time too.
