⭐ Chair and Wall Yoga ⭐

While Karen Champion is away, Li Ling will be teaching Chair and Wall Yoga on select Thursday mornings instead. Li Ling uses the wall and the yoga chair as a tool to help you deepen, provide essential support and help you hold the poses for longer, so you receive the benefits of the pose. While it is a very supportive style of practice, it also challenges individuals in endurance and intensity. Join Li Ling to experience the freedom of practising with these useful tools.
