Zohra Wahab Trading Company was originally founded and registered as a sole proprietary company on 6th May 1977 by a Husband & Wife Entrepreneur Team.
The company initially started off as an Import & Export Trading Medical Electronic Apparatus Company to take advantage of the ever-growing healthcare industry in Singapore.
They took into consideration of the long-term business survival into the Next Millennium 21st Century and underwent further transformation on 6th January 1995.
Hence, the company was incorporated as Zohra Wahab Trading Co. Pte Ltd.
Zohra Wahab Trading Company is now a well-established Medical Device marketing company and operates from its own office/warehouse facility at Aljunied Road since 1992.
In 2002, our Company was awarded ISO 9001:2000.
Early 2009, the Company’s UKAS ISO Certification for Quality Management was upgraded and accredited under the latest ISO 9001:2008 under UKAS and the Singapore Accreditation Council.
At the same time, the Company was able to obtain the accreditation for HSA TS-01: R2: 2010 GDPMDS (Goods Distribution Practice for Medical Devices in Singapore) by the Singapore Accreditation Council.
We are now proud to assist in spearheading of the HSA TS-01:R2: 2010, GDPMDS credited in Singapore Medical Traders market.
The Limited Exempt Private Company is still in the business of import, export, wholesaler and stockist of medical equipment and have now expanded their operations to act as the distributor and agency for well trusted medical global companies for regional markets.
The company now represents numerous qualitative medical equipment manufacturers in Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, United Kingdom and United States of America.
The Medical Products imported are well known International brands and have achieved International Market Leader status such as NISSEI, RION and HADECO Medical Devices.

The company, in consultation with a long-term Japanese business associate, a close friend of the founders, went ahead to establish an export/ buying office at Yokohama, Japan and it’s called ZOWACO JAPAN INC. The company was headed by late Mr. Hector T. Noji – President.

Zowacare is Zohra Wahab Trading Company Pte Ltd’s digital division.
Zohra Wahab has been around since 1977; we import well-known International Brands which have achieved International Market Leadership status such as NISSEI, RION, HuBDIC, HADECO, SPHYGMOTRON & SAKURA medical devices all of which is Made mostly in JAPAN, with the rest of rehabilitation aids in TAIWAN OR KOREA.
Our parent company had achieved UKAS ISO Certification for Quality Management and was upgraded, accredited under the latest ISO 9001:2008, UKAS and the Singapore Accreditation Council, awarded HSA TS-01:R2: 2010, GDPMDS and attained BIZ Safe 3 attestation of its desirable working environment.
We sell accessories for Blood Pressure Monitors i.e. cuff for Auto, Mercury/Aneroid Manometers, bulb, and valve.
We provide hearing, testing and fitting of the hearing aids through booked appointments in our office. We have our own Audiometrist who is qualified to fit the hearing aids.
We also sell wide range of medical devices and rehabilitation aids which are available at our E-commerce website: zowacare.com.
We are expanding our product inventory, keeping in line with the parent company’s ethos of quality, affordable healthcare equipment for all.
Newest incoming products will be more on wireless technology. i.e. a Bluetooth baby temperature recording device HMT-100 by HuBDic Korea, aims at keeping and recording an infants temperature before sending over to your phone and gives an update on the situation and condition of infants.
