SHATA DHAUTA GHRITI cream πŸ‘πŸΌ
(Gold Cream)

☝🏼Ingredients & Tools-
β€’ Pure cow’s ghee.
β€’ Boiled & cooled water.
β€’ Copper vessel and copper spatula or cup to churn.

☝🏼Method (Traditional)-
1. Place ghee in copper vessel.
2. Add water (about 3–4x the ghee volume).
3. Churn vigorously (100 rotations) using your copper cup or copper spatula.
4. Decant water carefully, leaving only ghee behind.
5. Repeat the process 100 times – each time adding fresh water, churning, and removing water.

πŸ’ͺ🏻 Ie: 100 rotations *100 times =10000 rotations.

🎡Play soothing Gayatri mantra while doing this churning process .

☝🏼It took me 2 hrs to make this cream but I can say it was worth ever minute .

πŸ‘πŸ»What do you get-
β€’ Texture changes from oily β†’ soft cream β†’ fluffy lotion-like paste.
β€’ Final product is cooling, non-greasy, and deeply moisturizing.

☝🏼How to Use-
