RolfingWorks.net Rolfing is a Structural Integration bodywork that aligns the body by working on fascia. Restore strength from years of body strain.

Hi, I'm Charmaine, a Certified Rolfer™ currently practising in Singapore. I restore pained and strained body structures that have come out of alignment. As a former national athlete, I'm also interested to help sports men and women reach their highest physical potential through the Rolfing® process. Rolfing is a form of Structural Integration bodywork that balances and aligns the body by working o

n the soft connective tissue called fascia. Rolfing increases a person’s awareness of the body in a manner that stimulates a neurological re-patterning in the brain so that the body recognises a new way of moving. This is the beauty and effectiveness of how Rolfing works to unwind deeply ingrained strain patterns and restore strength. More questions on how Rolfing works and who it benefits can be found at rolfingworks.net/faqs-how-rolfing-works/

Rolfing sessions are by appointment only. Contact for the next available slot.

“Fascia is basically a thin layer of connective tissue that separates muscles and organs from other structures and keeps things moving smoothly by reducing internal friction...Like a stocking, it engulfs the entire body and dynamically stabilizes it...It’s everywhere doing everything. It’s vital for our mobility, our stability, our movement,”

We, Rolfers, love it when people get fascia! It rules everything in our body, literally.

Health experts increasingly recognize the role fascia, the body’s under-appreciated connective tissue, plays in warding off pain.
