What supplements should you take during pregnancy? 🤰💊

Pregnancy comes with higher nutritional needs, and supplements often help fill the gaps. From folic acid in early pregnancy to prenatal vitamins, calcium and iron later, each plays a role in supporting both mom and baby.

Always check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting or combining supplements, as everyone’s needs are different.

✨ Morning sickness explained ✨

About 7 in 10 pregnant women experience what’s often called “morning sickness.” It usually peaks between 8–11 weeks and fades by 12–14 weeks.

If you’re dealing with nausea, food aversions, or vomiting, remember—you’re not alone and support is available. Small meals, ginger tea, and staying hydrated can help. But if you can’t keep anything down, feel extremely weak, or see blood in your vomit, please seek medical care. 💛
