Some of these as mentioned by healthline are improves mood, controls weight, combats diseases, boosts energy and improves longevity.

Today's "food" for thot tip #3 - started as a project to focus on my general well being outside of work, and to minimise some chronic illness down the road which could be preventable if I were to take action now.

HealthTrackker.com mission is to encourage healthier lifestyles for busy professionals. Today's "food" for thot tip #1 - weight gain or loss is simply a function (which most are aware) of nett food intake/calories against expended from activities like exercising.

We could treat ourselves very occasionally (I had a coke float after dinner tonight, rationalizing the coca-cola and vanilla ice cream have been in the fridge too long and is really wasteful to just throw away).

In practice, how many of us are that consistent in contemplating what we're eating will likely affect over longer term our general well being? We usually say will start tomorrow.
