A trip to Taiwan, an eventful one. Explored serene lakes, went hiking, and enjoyed scenic cycling routes. Every moment was an adventure. Seriously, the hospitality of the locals was incredible. They made me feel like part of the family, sharing their culture and especially their good food!

Let's not forget about the earthquake. It was a sobering reminder of nature’s power and the fragility of life. And it taught me to cherish life's precious moments.

Also had some productive engagements with industry people. Mixing work with pleasure is always a win.

Reflecting on the trip, it has clearly taught me to live life to the fullest and appreciate every opportunity. Thank you!

Today was a special day in the centre. Got to work with a remarkable individual; a Singaporean runner gearing up for the upcoming Boston Marathon. Her drive blew me away. She’s on a mission to conquer all 6 majors, and I was deeply moved by her unwavering determination and passion.

Couldn’t help but be inspired by her grit, I am backing her all the way to ensure she’s in peak condition for the race. It’s not just about supporting an athlete; it’s about supporting dreams and celebrating the sheer determination it takes to chase them.
