We have a kitchen area for you to make a cuppa or have a drink of water, and a porch for you to chill out before or after class. As mat numbers are restricted, we do require everyone to make a booking before attending class. Our booking policy is at least two hours ahead, but If you would like to do a class and have passed the booking window, you can still contact us and we will try to accommodate you. It’s yoga therapy that merges the healing wisdom of traditional yoga with the precision of science and medicine.

Come join us in beautiful Koh Samui for an immersive 4D3N retreat. This is a journey of learning, release, and restoration—tailored for those devoted to embodied well-being.

You’ll leave with practical tools and techniques you can integrate into your personal or professional practice.

Day 1: Selfcare Reset

Led by Angie, Day 1 sets the tone for deep self-care and embodiment:
• Tension Release with MYRing Massage:
Learn hands-on techniques using the MYRing to unlock deeply held tension.
• Breathwork:
Experience guided breath practices to calm the nervous system and shift into a state of rest and repair.
• Personalized Yoga Alignment:
Discover how to align your yoga practice with your unique body structure—moving with intelligence, not just form.

Day 2: Regulate & Realign

Guided by Jo, Day 2 invites you to deepen your connection with your body.
• Introduction to Somatics:
Understand the principles of Somatic movement and how it supports nervous system regulation - building trust, comfort, and coordination from within.
• Yin Yoga Personalised:
Explore Yin as a functional, adaptable tool for deep rest and structural support.

Day 3: Integrate & Restore

• Pre-Med Yoga with Angie:
We begin with a pre-med yoga class rooted in therapeutic principles. Through thoughtful sequencing and accessible poses, you’ll explore how yoga can be used to support healing, alignment, and nervous system balance.
• Restorative Yoga with Jo:
Conclude the retreat with a deeply restful and replenishing practice. Through long-held, fully supported poses, Jo will guide you into a space of stillness where body, breath, and mind can settle completely—integrating the work of the previous days.

Our Story

This page contains news, updates, and events or workshops held at Yoga In Common. Please drop in from time to time and check out our special series or new classes. We try to keep our classes interesting and fresh for our students.

Yoga In Common offers a compassionate and mindful practice to all our students. All of our teachers come from different walks of life and bring their unique life experiences to the mat. Our teachers all share the same philosophy that yoga should be taught with care and kindness. We invite you to our warm and friendly studio and share your practice with us.

We are fully equipped with mats and props, and we have a shower and change room facilities. We have a kitchen that you can hang out in and have a cuppa. We supply filtered water and tea. Please bring your own towel and water bottle. We do require booking and our policy is at least 1.5 hours ahead, but If you would like to do a class and have passed the booking window, you can still contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
