When we get asked this question, easy as it sounds, is the answer usually equally quick and simple?
If you really had a moment, if you knew there was a listener who truly cared about your wellbeing, would the answer differ?

This is not just about a conversation between two people. It's also a conversation between your consciousness and your body. A conversation between your voices in your head.

Incredible month sharing breath protocols with educators from Punggol View Primary School and special needs teachers from Ministry of Education, as well as 160 students from 13-18 years old preparing for exams.

We learn how to study and cram for exams, and now the tools to enhance teaching and learning are available through the simple and powerful way of breath awareness and manipulation.

We dove deep into exploring practical ways to instantly shift our state from stress to calm, from sleepy to energized.

As educators, managing dozens of energetic kids daily, it's crucial to gauge our own energy levels and stress tolerance.

The best part? These aren't just for us! The techniques are transferable to the children we teach, helping them navigate challenges like pre-exam panic. Imagine empowering students to slow their breath and calm their nervous system before a big test!

Listen to your body's whispers.

Are you yawning constantly? Overwhelmed by tasks? Concerned about everyone around you except yourself? Pushing through everything constantly depletes essential energy and makes everything harder.

True resilience requires you to listen to your body, prioritising your basic needs for rest and nourishment (survival & sustenance) beyond anything else. Only after that will you be responsibly sufficient to help others, or train yourself to be stronger.

Many make the mistake of sacrificing sleep, skipping meals, helping everyone around them, then trying to squeeze in a workout and ice bath instead of resting.

Before your next task, pause and ask yourself "What does my body/mind truly need right now?" Then, honour it.

From the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals since 2019 to Holotropic Breathwork in 2025 and the various workshops in between, we're not just offering a trendy fad with shallow understanding of how and why it works, or a one-size-fits-all approach.
Constant changes to the world, our living situations and scientific discoveries forces us to keep adapting to what's required.

Hendrik immerses fully into a 2°C ice bath as part of today's strategy to pre-cool the body before a workout, as well as setting the body up for deep rest and recovery tonight.

Not to be taken lightly, even though he has trained in cold immersion for close to 4 years, we still take a gentle approach for the body to settle in with open conversations and breathwork before the ice bath. Proper warm up immediately after also prevents the effects of after drop.
