Case Study : 4 months pregnant mother with intense neck pain and chest pain

Mothers are noble. They give their body, their sleep, and their energy to bring new life into this world. But in the process, they often forget one thing — to love themselves.

One of my patient, a mother-to-be at 4 months pregnant, came to me with intense neck and chest pain. Every night was a struggle to sleep, and she endured it quietly because she thought it was “part of pregnancy.”

Using my Thai healing lineage and PainFix method, I helped her release the pain safely, without medication. That very night, she slept soundly.

✨ Today, she returns once a month for gentle maintenance.
✨ Her pain is gone, her sleep is peaceful, and she feels cared for — not just as a mother, but as a woman who deserves healing and love.

There will be times that we will feel overwhelmed by all that is happening around us.

I see patients in the day at Painfix and then coach and train together with the girls at night at Encore. It’s definitely fulfilling knowing I can bring smiles to the people around me and healing those who need me.

I’m like anybody else, I need to recharge too.

A bottle of cold brew green tea soothe my mind and soul.

🌞✨ A rare rainbow halo appeared right above PainFix this afternoon.

In many cultures, this is seen as a blessing from Heaven — a circle of protection, healing, and renewal. Though the halo was visible only for a short moment, we believe its energy stays with us and everyone who enters our space.

💛 At PainFix, we carry this reminder: every session is guided by light, love, and the wish for clients to walk out renewed.

A New Chapter for PainFix & Encore 🌟

Today feels really special for me and my team.

This week, both PainFix and Encore Muay Thai were blessed by a Thai monk 🙏✨

It wasn’t just a ceremony. For me, it felt like closing an old chapter — with all its struggles, lessons, and growth — and opening a brand new cycle filled with protection, clarity, and abundance.

🌿 PainFix has always been about helping people live pain free. Over the years, I’ve seen clients walk in carrying not just physical pain, but also the weight of stress, heartbreak, and life’s challenges. To see them leave lighter, freer, and more alive — that’s why PainFix exists. With this blessing, I feel like the space itself has been renewed, ready to hold and transform even more people.

🥊 Encore Muay Thai is turning 9 years old this September. Nine years of women stepping into their strength, breaking barriers, finding healing, and building sisterhood. Encore started as a dream, and somehow it’s grown into a sanctuary where women feel safe, strong, and connected. With this blessing, it feels like she’s ready for the next decade — stronger than ever.

Two spaces. One spirit. 💛
One heals through touch, the other through movement. Both exist to remind us that strength and healing can be found when we choose to show up for ourselves.

✨ Healing isn’t something I just “do.” It’s the way I live. ✨

I’ve spent over 10,000 hours learning and practicing healing. Along the way, I’ve seen how our bodies — just like nature — will age, shift, and sometimes break down. That’s normal. But with the right care, balance, and attention, we don’t have to suffer through it. 🌿

That’s why at PainFix, I don’t just fix what’s already hurting. I help people maintain their health, so the pain doesn’t come back.

This is how I live my own life:
🥊 I train Muay Thai 6 days a week to stay strong.
💃 I dance to keep my mobility fluid.
🧘‍♀️ I meditate 15 minutes a day to protect my soul and peace.

And even with this commitment, I still have time to do the things I love, spend time with the people I love, and go on holidays to enjoy life fully. 🌏💛

Health isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about consistency, balance, and choosing every day to care for your body before it demands your attention.

Yes, the body will age. Yes, it will change. But with prevention and the right care — we can keep moving with strength, freedom, and grace.

✨ Not everyone gets to wear the PainFix badge.
It takes heart, grit, and years of real work.

These two — my Deputy Chief Therapist, Amber, and Lead Therapist, Bryan — have been with me for over 6 years. And they’re not just skilled.

They’ve stayed kind. Pure-hearted. Always going the extra mile for patients. Always showing up — even when things got hard, even when the noise and the toxic people got loud.

We’ve spent countless nights together, pushing past exhaustion to refine our skills and expand our knowledge. Not because we had to — but because we care that much.

Through the ups, the chaos, and every breakthrough, they stayed. And they didn’t just stay — they grew.

Only those with the right heart, integrity, and consistency earn the right to represent this work.

Last week, I sent them to Chiangmai, back to my Thai healing lineage, to continue growing. To go even deeper into the roots of this craft.

Influenced by her father who’s an ex-Guards and a triathlete, her discipline level is almost sky high. Training 6 days a week is her vitamin for the body.
