Meet 🥋 Ms Su Fen (黄淑芬) 🥋

Stacked with over 15 years of teaching experience across Singapore, Canada, and the UAE, Ms Su Fen brings quiet mastery into the classroom.

Embracing the spirit of Master Shifu’s words — “If you only do what you can do, you’ll never be more than you are.” — she has continuously pushed herself to grow as an educator. From earning her Postgraduate Diploma in Education at NIE, to completing a BA (Merit) in Psychology and Chinese Language at NUS, and now further advancing her craft with an Advanced Certificate in Early Years, she believes that growth applies to teachers too.

Ms Su Fen sees every child as uniquely wired. And she believes it is her responsibility as an educator to patiently observe, understand, and uncover what 'works' for each of them — so that learning becomes natural, confident, and sustainable.

With close to 10 years of professional early childhood experience across reputable preschools in Singapore — she brings both strong classroom structure and infectious energy into every Mandarin lesson.

Ms He Juan firmly believes every child has unlimited potential — and that what truly shapes their future is not how much they memorise, but whether they develop healthy learning habits, sustained focus, confidence to explore and express, and emotional security within a structured environment.
