1. 长期姿势不正 (Chronic Poor Posture)
长期低头玩手机或在电脑前伏案工作,会导致“圆肩驼背”,使肩胛骨周围肌肉失去平衡。
Prolonged hunching over phones or desks leads to "rounded shoulders," causing an imbalance in the muscles supporting the scapula.
2. 肌肉力量不平衡 (Muscle Imbalance)
前锯肌或菱形肌无力,无法将肩胛骨固定在正常位置,常表现为“翼状肩胛”(肩胛骨像翅膀一样翘起)。
Weakness in the serratus anterior or rhomboid muscles prevents the shoulder blade from laying flat, often resulting in "Winged Scapula."
3. 单边过度使用 (Repetitive One-Sided Use)

Do you have chronic back pain or a "protruding belly" that won't go away? It might not be fat—it could be your pelvis!

1️⃣ Anterior Pelvic Tilt (APT) | 骨盆前倾
The "Lower Crossed Syndrome" / 下交叉综合征

Formation (形成条件):
Caused by weak abdominals and glutes, combined with tight hip flexors (iliopsoas) and lower back muscles. Often caused by prolonged sitting.
