Hello Everyone,
There were many enquiries for non-contact forehead thermometers but unfortunately most suppliers ran out of stock for that. We have managed to get 500pcs of Oral digital thermometers (GP Care) though. Selling at $10 per pc.

Dear Customers from Shopee, Lazada and Qoo10,
We are receiving complaints on our page and review pages in the marketplaces that we are not a recommended business and asking people not to buy from us as we didn't response to their enquirers with regards to the orders they placed with us. Please note that we are a two person independent pharmacy who used to run this small business in a small 16sqm shop from 10am to 9pm, 7 days a week on our usual days. But for the past 7 days, things have turn around unexpectedly due to the “Wuhan Coronavirus”. We started getting request from customers for 3M n95 and surgical masks just before CNY. But unfortunately, all the local suppliers have closed their office already and cannot send out any masks.
As such, we contacted our supplier who has offices in both SG and Dubai. Lucky for us, he was in Dubai at that moment, and managed to secure as much of mask as possible (working harder than us) and shipped to us.
With this, we managed to make 4800 pcs of 3M n95 masks and 290,000 pcs (still fulfilling orders) of Surgical masks reachable to Singaporeans at a reasonable price at 45$ for n95 Masks and 12$ to 15$ for surgical masks (depends on the marketplace, as they charge commission and shipping charge from us). We only had few hours of sleep for the past few days and We are receiving 100s of enquiries in our Shopee, Lazada and Qoo10 page, 100s of calls a day to our store, 100s of emails and 1000s of walk-in customers desperately asking for masks and other items. With limited manpower, we are not able to respond to all enquiries at the moment. Our part time staffs also don’t understand our business flow in this short time.
As of now, our top priority is to fulfil the remaining mask orders(only) which our online customers placed from us. So kindly cancel your orders(we dont have mass cancel option) for other items which you have placed in our Shopee, Lazada and Qoo10 marketplaces. We are not able to fulfil items other than masks as of now.
We are not looking for appreciation at this moment, but at least please do not leave bad comments on our e-marketplaces, Facebook and Google My Business pages and tarnish our reputation which we have built for the past two years. We sincerely hope you understand our situation. Thank you

Health Sciences Authority (HSA) recalled 3 brands of High Blood Pressure Medications as they found trace amount of impurity known as N-nitro-N-methyl-4-aminobutyric acid (NMBA) in them. The affected brands are Hyperten, Losagen and Losartas which contains Losartan Potassium as the active ingredient.
If you or your family members are taking the affected brands, try not to stop it immediately. You may consult your doctor in public or private sector for replacement brands. If you can't get a replacement brand due to limited quantity, you may get a doctor prescription to obtain the medicines from pharmacies. Woods Pharmacy can assist to order any unaffected brands that might be prescribed to you as well.
