A few weeks back, we were at Carnival Splash at ActiveSG Jurong East Sport Centre, celebrating the reopening of the swimming complex with plenty of energy and action 🏊🤩

We brought our down for residents to test their agility and took the opportunity to share more about our new programmes offered 💪

We had an amazing day at the NHG Musculoskeletal Day recently! 🦴

Our Active Health Coaches led energising exercises focused on knee and joint health right on stage, whilst our booth buzzed with activity as we shared practical nutrition tips for stronger bones and joints. Many participants also took part in our Isometric Belt Squat assessments to discover their lower body strength levels.

We're excited to have introduced our newly launched MANAGE programme series, particularly highlighting the Manage Knee Health programme - perfect for anyone looking to strengthen their bone and joint health through targeted exercise.

STRENGTH 1.0 is a guided 8-week programme designed for beginners with no prior experience, helping you build a strong foundation safely and progressively. STRENGTH 2.0 offers standalone sessions for those with some strength training background to continue progressing with more flexibility.

Unlike the PERFORM Series which focuses on higher-intensity conditioning, the STRENGTH Series is about building your fundamentals first so you can move better, train safely, and grow stronger with confidence.

Through a blend of learning and hands-on activity, they put together their own Tamago Sushi🥚🍣 and Chocolate Tofu Mousse🍫 — while learning practical tips to build a well-balanced, healthy plate from the grocery store to the kitchen at home.
