We brought the heat into the kitchen 🔥

Our colleagues from Sport Singapore's Human Capital Division joined us for a Basics of Meal Planning workshop at the Bukit Canberra Active Health Nutrition & Wellness Studio. Together, they whipped up tamagoyaki and shakshuka while picking up practical nutrition tips on planning balanced meals and building healthier eating habits. 🍳👩‍🍳

Excited to have shared our initiatives at Agency for Integrated Care - AIC Singapore’s Kopi-aaC event! 🧡

We highlighted how we're supporting seniors through our Frailty Prevention Programme, which promotes healthy lifestyles and builds social connections through sports. Our 8-week Combat Age-related Loss of Muscle (CALM) programme is now available at about 100 Active Ageing Centres, along with adaptive sports equipment to keep our seniors active and engaged.

We also shared about the inaugural Seniors National Games 2025, where over 4,500 seniors from 110 Active Ageing Centres competed in five adaptive sports, inspiring active living whilst forging new friendships and stronger community bonds.

This Kopi-aaC event allowed us to successfully enhance programme awareness by equipping staff and stakeholders with clear programme overviews, enabling them to effectively promote and increase senior participation in our initiatives.

Together, we're creating meaningful opportunities for seniors to age well in our communities! 💪
